Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of the Epic Retirement Flagship Course ("Course") and other consumer courses offered by Epically Pty Ltd and Epically Projects Pty Ltd trading as Epic Retirement ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible through the Kajabi software platform. By purchasing and accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration and Account: a. To access the Course, you must register an account on our platform and provide accurate, current, and complete information. b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for any activities that occur under your account.

2. Course Content: a. The Course content, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Epically Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright law. b. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the Course content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

3. Payment: a. Payment for the Course is to be made in full before access is granted. b. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.

4. Limited Refund Policy: a. We offer a limited refund policy in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. b. You may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date if you are dissatisfied with the Course, subject to the following conditions: i. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. ii. Refunds will only be processed if the Course has been accessed for less than 10% of its total content. iii. Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind or failure to meet personal expectations.

5. Course Access: a. Access to the Course is granted for a specified period, as outlined in the Course description. b. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course if you violate these Terms.

6. Modifications: a. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Course or any part of it without notice. b. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Course.

8. Governing Law: a. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
